Submit a case study on the benefits of using open research information

By sharing your experience, you will support the work of the Barcelona Declaration's Working Group 'Evidence of Benefits' and help make the benefits of open research information visible and concrete for researchers, research leaders and research managers.

The case studies collected through this form will be used to showcase real-world examples of how open research information creates value across different institutional and national contexts. They will also support learning and exchange within the community.

Who should respond

Anyone who uses, manages or supports open research information, including, but not limited to, researchers, librarians, repository and infrastructure managers, research managers, funders, and policy and strategy leads.

Data use and privacy

Information submitted through this form will be used by the Barcelona Declaration to collect and showcase case studies on the benefits of open research information.

Your organization’s name, your name and/or your contact details will only be published alongside your case study if you explicitly agree to this in the form. Otherwise, this information will not be published. Submissions may also be used in aggregated or anonymised analyses.

Personal data will only be used to manage your submission and for the sharing options you select in this form. They will not be used for marketing, advertising or promotional outreach.
