Important Notes
Each Author Registration can cover up to 2 papers in which the registrant appears in the author list, and must be completed by May 6th, 2025, for the paper(s) to be included in the SMACD 2025 Proceedings.
Author Registration includes:
+Full access to the Technical Program
+Full access to the Tutorials
+Welcome reception
+Gala dinner
+Coffee breaks and lunches for all days of the conference (July 7th to July 10th).
+Conference Bag
+Certificate of Attendance to the conference
+Covering Up to 2 papers
Student Registration includes (proof is needed):
+Full access to the Technical Program
+Full access to the Tutorials
+Coffee breaks and lunches for all days of the conference (July 7th to July 10th).
+Conference Bag
+Certificate of Attendance to the conference
-Extra tickets are available for welcome reception and gala dinner.
–Please note that Student Registration does not cover the presentation and publication of a paper. For that, at least one of the authors has to be registered at the Author rate. However, a student may present a paper that is already registered at the Author rate.
Tutorial Registration includes:
+Full access to the Tutorials on 7th July
+Coffee break and lunch on 7th July
+Conference Bag
+Certificate of Attendance to the tutorials
-Extra tickets are available for welcome reception and gala dinner.
–Please note that Tutorial Registration does not cover the conference technical program. For that, at least one has to be registered at the Author rate/ Student rate (proof is needed).
Payment is possible either by credit card or by bank transfer.
Payment by Credit Card: We are processing registrations via 3D secure online payment link generated by the bank. In this case, a 3D Secure payment link will be sent to the email address you used for registration. This link will be valid for 24 hours only. If the payment is not completed within this period, please request a new payment link by contacting us at info@smacd-conference.org. We also send a notification once your registration is made.
To pay by bank transfer, the required information for transfer is given below. Please send the payment receipt to info@smacd-conference.org. Also, you are required to upload the receipt to the relevant part in the registration.
