Release and Waiver of Liability

This Release and Waiver of Liability ("Release") is executed in favor of Bearings Bike Shop, Inc., d/b/a Bearings Bike Works ("Organization"), an IRS recognized 501(c)(3) Georgia nonprofit corporation, by the individual signing below, whether the actual participant or the parent/guardian of the participant ("Participant), in consideration for the willingness of Organization to accept Participant into its Bearings Bike Works Cone Crusher Bike Clinic (the "Event"), for and on behalf of Participant and Participant's heirs, successors, beneficiaries and assigns.

Participant understands that participating in the Event carries certain risks, including but not limited to injury from accidents or weather conditions. Participant expressly releases Organization and its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, sponsors, agents, successors and assigns, and any city, county, or state governments the Event, and fully assumes all risks, some of which may not be immediately apparent, in connection with participation in the Event.

Participant acknowledges that participation in the Event is voluntary and confirms that Participant is physically capable and adequately prepared to participate. By signing this Release, Participant agrees to respect the decisions made by Released Parties regarding Participant's safety and ability to participate. Participant authorizes Released Parties to act on Participant's behalf in providing first aid and securing medical treatment for Participant in the event of injury or illness to Participant and agrees that any expense arising out of this treatment will be Participant's responsibility.

Participant agrees to permit any photographs, videos, or recordings taken during the Event to be used for legitimate purposes, such as promotion or documentation, by Released Parties and grants to Organization all right, title and interest in any media made by or for Organization during Participant's participation in the Event.

HAVING CAREFULLY READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS WAIVER, PARTICIPANT AGREES TO WAIVE AND RELEASE RELEASED PARTIES AND ACKNOWLEDGES THAT PARTICIPANT IS VOLUNTARILY GIVING UP SUBSTANTIAL LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE ORGANIZATION.
