Like many SMMEs, they have faced a few challenges — and are now rolling up their sleeves to rebuild and rethink the way forward.
We need an Operations Manager who’s hands-on, practical, and ready to help us piece things back together. No fluff. Just real work, real impact.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee operations including logistics, scheduling, event delivery, and exceptional client service.
- Rebuild structure and processes while supporting growth.
- Lead and mentor a small team, creating accountability and alignment.
- Drive business development through training, facilitation, and client relationships.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in managing training, corporate learning,
- facilitation, or wellness.
- A warm “people person” who also brings structure and resilience.
- Someone who thrives in a small-team, hands-on environment.
- Passion for team development, wellness, and sustainable growth.
- Excellent tech skills including experience using CRM systems such as
- PipeDrive.
