Vendor Responsibility Policy:
By signing and submitting this form, you agree that vendors are solely responsible for their merchandise, equipment, and personal belongings. High Forest Farms, LLC, The Greenhouse Venue, and event organizers are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to items before, during, or after the event. Vendors are encouraged to secure their property and obtain their own insurance if desired.
Spot Payment and Terms:
To secure your vendor spot, payment of $20 must be made to Whitney Mitchell at the time of booking. Each spot measures 20ft x 20ft and covers the entire weekend, from Thursday, October 9th through cleanup on Sunday, October 12th. Any trash remaining on the premises after 12:00 PM on Sunday will be discarded.
