This notice emphasizes that move-out procedures must occur during business hours, specifically from Monday to Thursday between 9 AM and 4 PM, excluding holidays. I understand and accept the obligation to give written Notice to Vacate at least 60 days before the lease ends, as stated in the signed Lease Agreement. For instance, if the lease ends on March 31st, it is necessary to submit the written notice by February 29th for a February with 29 days, or by February 28th if not. Failing to provide the complete 30-day to 60-day notice will result in being liable for the rent of the following month and the lease will terminate at the end of the subsequent month. I am fully cognizant of my legal responsibility to uphold the terms of the contract for the entire duration.
If you don't return the keys during
the specified hours, excluding holidays, you may be responsible for next month's rent are a $100.00 charge. I commit to leaving the rental unit in the same condition as it was upon my move-in.
