The prospective caregiver agrees and is binding by contract:

1.) If the cat must be relinquished for any reason by the prospective caregiver, he/she MUST NOT turn the cat over to a humane society, shelter or person, must return the cat to Kitty Cat Rehab and pay

$25 surrender / rehoming fee.

2.) Ensure that the cat’s vaccinations for rabies / distemper remain current and to provide veterinarian care upon sickness, disease or illness.

3.) Cats are to only be kept as indoor animals; under no circumstances should the cat have access to roam outdoors.

4.) Kitty Cat Rehab is hereby absolved of any liability and shall not be held responsible for any bodily injuries, property damage, or other damage the adopted animal may cause.
