Applicant declaration

In the context of the present Technical Assistance Facility, I hereby declare that:

• I have the operational capacity as described in the application;
• I certify that all information provided in the form is accurate and current;
• I consent to IUCN sharing the application documentation with the funding donor, partners, or TA requesters as deemed necessary;
• I have the professional competencies, technical expertise, and access to relevant stakeholders necessary to support the successful implementation of the assistance;
• I am not in any of the situations listed below. Should I be found to be in one of these situations, IUCN reserves the right to withhold or terminate any contractual engagement: Is bankrupt, subject to insolvency or winding-up procedures, or has entered into an arrangement with creditors; is under suspension of business activities or is the subject of legal proceedings related to professional misconduct; has been found guilty of grave professional misconduct proven by any means; has engaged in fraud, corruption, or other criminal activities in the context of development cooperation or environmental projects.
• I shall respect applicable data protection and privacy laws and regulations.
