Refund Policy
STUDENT'S RIGHT TO CANCEL: You have the right to cancel your agreement prior to attending the first class session.
All payments will be refunded except for the registration fee.
- All fees are non-refundable after attending the first day of class.
- Non-institutional fees are non-refundable
Withdrawal from the program:
You may withdraw from the program at any time. However, the student will not receive a refund after attending the first day of class and will forfeit the registration and tuition fees, as well as cost of course materials.
THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT ARE NOT SUBJECT TO AMENDMENT OR MODIFICATION BY ORAL AGREEMENT
I understand that this is a legally binding contract. My signature below certifies that I have read, understood, and agreed to the rights and responsibilities hereto, and that the institution’s cancellation and refund policies have been clearly explained to me.
It is important that you keep copies of the enrollment agreement, financial aid papers, receipts or any other information that documents the monies paid to the school. We are registered with the State of California. Registration means we have met certain minimum standards imposed by the state for registered schools on the basis for our written application to the state. Registration does not mean we have met all of the more extensive standards required by the state for schools that are approved to operate or licensed or that the state has verified the information we submitted with our registration form.
