To help you decide whether or not to suspect ADHD in yourself or someone close to you, there are a number of detection scales available to give you an initial opinion on the matter.
Below is an anonymous self-assessment questionnaire for adults with ADHD (ASRS-v1.1), designed by the World Health Organisation (WHO). It is divided into 6 questions, scored from 0 to 1.
For each of the following questions, choose the answer that most closely corresponds to how you have felt over the last 6 months.
Some answers will have a value of +1 and you need to add up the points for each question to get a final score between 0 and 6 points - BEFORE clicking the 'NEXT' button.
