DIGITAL 3D MODEL - COMMISSION FORM

Hi, thanks for your interest in dueBifigures ♡

Here you can commission us a digital 3D model of one or more characters of your choice, posed however you like (if physically possible lol)

Terms and conditions

THE PROCESS

PRELIMINARY PHASE:

1. You fill out this form
2. We reply to you via e-mail (we may accept or decline the commission, or ask you some clarifying questions)
3. If we accept, we e-mail each other until an agreement is reached (or either part changes their mind)
4. When it’s all clear, we send you an estimate of the price
5. If you accept, you send us 50% of the requested price

(-- REFUND LIMIT, see below)

WORKING PHASE:

1. Once we receive the payment, we start working
2. You receive pictures of the work in progress (WIP), and you can approve the WIP or ask for revisions – for a reasonable amount of times
3. When the model is ready (up to what we agree – see below), we send you the final pictures, that (we hope) you’ll approve
4. When you approve, you send us the remaining 50% of the price
5. Once we receive the payment, we send you the final .stl files of the posed character(s)

TERMS OF SERVICE

• We only accept PayPal payments.
• Once we start working, we won’t issue any more refunds.
• Up to then, you can step back if you change your mind – no hard feelings, just let us know in a timely manner and you’ll receive a full refund (PayPal may keep the fees).
• No more revisions are allowed after the final .stl files have been sent.
• If the commission is particularly intricate or requires a lot of work, we may ask you to split the second half of the payment into 25% at half-point + 25% at the end. This will be asked and agreed upon before the start of work.
• Unless you pay for the “Client Exclusive” extra, we may show your commission on social media, and we may sell the model/printed figure on our stores later on.
• You are never allowed to use whatever we send you (text, images, any file) to train AI models.

ABOUT THE FIGURE SUBJECTS

WE WILL DO:

• adult characters (OCs included, if pictures are available)
• in general: humans, furries, creatures and monsters – if you have any doubts ask us and we’ll let you know
• NSFW of all the above

WE WON'T DO:

• children and teen characters below 18
• gore and extreme violence
• any request we don’t feel comfortable with
