DIGITAL 3D MODEL - COMMISSION FORM

Hi, thanks for your interest in duebifigures ♡

Here you can commission me a digital 3D model of one or more characters of your choice, posed however you like (if physically possible lol)

Terms and conditions

THE PROCESS

PRELIMINARY PHASE:

  1. You fill out this form
  2. I reply to you via e-mail (I may accept or decline the commission, or ask you some clarifying questions)
  3. If I accept, we e-mail each other until an agreement is reached (or either part changes their mind)
  4. When all is clear, I send you an estimate of the price
  5. If you accept, you send me 50% of the requested price

(-- REFUND LIMIT, see below)


WORKING PHASE:

  1. Once I receive the payment, I start working
  2. You receive pictures/videos of the work in progress (WIP), and you can approve the WIP or ask for revisions – for a reasonable amount of times
  3. When the model is ready (up to what we agree – see below), I send you the final pictures, that you’ll have to approve
  4. After approving, you send me the remaining 50% of the price
  5. Once I receive the payment, I send you the final .stl files of the posed character(s)

TERMS OF SERVICE

  • I only accept PayPal payments.
  • Once I start working, I won’t issue any more refunds.
  • Up to then, you can step back if you change your mind – no hard feelings, just let me know in a timely manner and you’ll receive a full refund (PayPal may keep the fees).
  • No more revisions are allowed after the final .stl files have been sent.
  • If the commission is particularly intricate or requires a lot of work, I may ask you to split the second half of the payment into 25% at half-point + 25% at the end. This will be asked and agreed upon before I start working.
  • Unless you pay for the corresponding extras, I may show your commission on social media, and I may sell the model/printed figure on my stores later on.
  • You are never allowed to use whatever we send you (text, images, any type of data) to train AI models.

ABOUT THE FIGURE SUBJECTS

I WILL MAKE:

  • adult characters (OCs included, if pictures are available)
  • in general: humans, furries, creatures and monsters – if you have any doubts ask me and I’ll let you know
  • NSFW of all the above


I WON'T MAKE:

  • children and teen characters below 18
  • gore and extreme violence
  • any request I don’t feel comfortable with
