BRDN Community Wellness and Recovery Survey

Please answer the following questions based on your knowledge and experience. Your feedback will help identify needs, barriers, and priorities for recovery and healing supports in the community.

The purpose of this online survey is to hear from community members regarding addiction and mental health issues in BRDN.

The survey will support funding applications for the development of a long term, permanent in community land-based recovery facility. Your responses will be kept confidential and will only be used for the purpose of funding applications.
