By submitting my organisational and/or personal information to the City of Casey (“Council”), I understand Council will collect my information as provided, where Council believe it is reasonable to undertake functions for the publication and use, for Council’s Community Services Organisation Directory, which is a public platform, and will be hosted on Council’s Open Data Exchange. I understand and accept, Council will not be liable for third party disclosure, distribution, copy or misuse the information contained in this data collection form
