Proposed Florida No Vaccine Or Hospital Protocol Injured Left Behind Act

Background

Countless individuals were injured during the SARS-CoV-2 pandemic by taking pandemic countermeasures such as COVID-19 vaccines or Emergency Use Authorized drugs such as Remdesivir. This bill proposal addresses the unmet medical needs of individuals injured by these countermeasures who have fallen between the cracks of Federal and State programs. COVID-19 vaccines and the SARS-CoV2 pandemic medical countermeasures produced several new and emerging medical diagnoses/countermeasure-related injuries. Some of the injured were left disabled, terminally ill, or severely injured, and some continue to suffer life-long and life-threatening illnesses. This petition is a plea to lawmakers to treat this as the health emergency it is and to take decisive action now in combating the abandonment of our injured. I, the signer of this petition, believe it is urgent to help those injured by the Covid Vaccines and "all" covid countermeasures. I believe they deserve treament and support. I believe it needs to be treated as the emergency it is, as Covid itself was treated with great urgency. I support the push for comprehensive legislation outlined in "Cody's Law" as well as any and all actions and steps that can be taken immediately to assist our suffering and abandoned Floridians who simply did what they were told, coerced, manipulated and encouraged to do for the "Greater Good."
