Tila on valmistunut remontista tammikuussa 2020. Tarkista tullessasi onko tilassa tarkastuslistassa lueteltu irtaimisto. Avaimen kuittaaja on henkilökohtaisesti vastuussa siitä, että tila on poistuttaessa käyttösääntöjen mukaisessa kunnossa. Rikotuista ja hukatuista tavaroista peritään korvaus.

When you arrive, check that the items of this list are in place. The person that signed the rental agreement is personally responsible of the equipment of the rental space and the cleanliness of it. The place has to be at least as clean when people leave as when the rental began. You will be fined if you break or lose any equipment.

Mikäli tila on niin huonossa kunnossa että siitä vaaditaan hyvitystä, on kuvia oltava asian käsittelyä varten. Kirjoita myös tekstikenttään tarkempi selitys mihin hyvityspyyntösi liittyy. If there are particularly many additional items, or if the space is otherwise in bad shape, you can take photos of the situation and send them using this form or via e-mail to tilat@ayy.fi. If you want compensation because the space is in bad condition, you have to send photos.
