Tarkista tullessasi onko tilassa tarkastuslistassa lueteltu irtaimisto. Avaimen kuittaaja on henkilökohtaisesti vastuussa siitä, että tila on poistuttaessa käyttösääntöjen mukaisessa kunnossa. Rikotuista ja hukatuista tavaroista peritään korvaus.

Welcome to Servin Mökki!

When you arrive, check that the items of this list are in place. The person that signed the rental agreement is personally responsible of the equipment of the rental space and the cleanliness of it. The place has to be at least as clean when people leave as when the rental began. You will be fined if you break or lose any equipment.

Mikäli tilassa on paljon ylimääräistä irtainta, tai se on erityisen huonossa kunnossa, voit ottaa tilanteesta kuvia ja lähettää ne tämän lomakkeen liitteenä tai sähköpostitse osoitteeseen tilat@ayy.fi. Mikäli tila on niin huonossa kunnossa että siitä vaaditaan hyvitystä, on kuvia oltava asian käsittelyä varten. Kirjoita myös tekstikenttään tarkempi selitys mihin hyvityspyyntösi liittyy. If there are particularly many additional items, or if the space is otherwise in bad shape, you can take photos of the situation and send them using this form or via e-mail to tilat@ayy.fi. If you want compensation because the space is in bad condition, you have to send photos.

Muista poistuessasi tilasta

  • Siivoa tila roskista.
  • Vie roskat Jämeräntaival 6:n ja Smökin välissä sijaitsevaan upposäiliöön. HUOM! Älä vie roskia Otakaari 18:n sekajätesäiliöihin.
  • Pyyhi käytetyt pöydät ja tuolit.
  • Tuo ylimääräinen irtain AYY:n palvelupisteelle.
  • Siivoa lattia.
  • Tarkista, että akvaarion jääkaapit jäävät päälle.
  • Sammuta valot ja lukitse ovet.

When exiting:

  • Clean up the trash
  • Bring the trash to the container between Jämeräntaival 6 and Servin Mökki
  • Wipe the used tables and chairs
  • Bring stuff left by guests to the AYY offices
  • Wipe the floor
  • Check that the refrigerators are left on
  • Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Jos tilassa menee jotain rikki varauksenne aikana, se jää muuten huonoon kuntoon tai varauksen aikana tapahtuu jotain muuta, joka haittaa tilan käyttöä tulevaisuudessa, olethan rehellinen ja lähetät heti sähköpostia osoitteeseen tilat@ayy.fi. Nopeasti tietoon tulevat viat ovat nopeampia korjata ja näin tilat pysyvät paremmassa kunnossa. AYY:n tilasektori toivottaa teille onnistunutta tilaisuutta!

If something breaks during your rental or if the place is left in an otherwise bad shape, or if during the rental anything happens that might make the usage of the space worse in the future, please be honest and report it by sending an e-mail to tilat@ayy.fi. Flaws that are reported quickly are also fixed quicker.
