Tarkista tullessasi onko tilassa tarkastuslistassa lueteltu irtaimisto. Avaimen kuittaaja on henkilökohtaisesti vastuussa siitä, että tila on poistuttaessa käyttösääntöjen mukaisessa kunnossa. Rikotuista ja hukatuista tavaroista peritään korvaus.

When you arrive, check that the items of this list are in place. The person that signed the rental agreement is personally responsible of the equipment of the rental space and the cleanliness of it. The place has to be at least as clean when people leave as when the rental began. You will be fined if you break or lose any equipment.

HUOM!

Älä koskaan sytytä tai käytä kamiinaa, jos lämmitysputkisto ei ole kokonaan peittynyt veden alle. Kamiina menee muuten rikki ja käyttäjä on sen rikkoutumisesta vastuussa. Minimivesitäyttö on 5 cm ylemmän lämmitysputken päällä.

Siirrettävien paljujen käyttö Rantasaunalla on kielletty, jotta piha-alue ei vahingoittuisi. Sanktio siirrettävän paljun käyttämisestä on 100 € + paljun aiheuttamat muut vahingot.

Tärkeimmät huomioitavat asiat:

  • Älä koskaan sytytä kamiinaa, jos lämmitysputkisto ei ole kokonaan peittynyt veden alle.
  • Kun paljusta poistuu paljon ihmisiä kerrallaan, varo ettei vedenpinta laske lämmitysputkiston tason alapuolelle.

The most important aspects of the tub usage:

  • Never light or use the fire if the tubing is not properly filled with water. The user is responsible for this and will also be responsible for the cost of repairs or buying a new stove.
  • When multiple people exit the tub, make sure that the surface of the water doesn't drop below the tubing.

Usage of additional tubs is forbidden in the Rantasauna area. A fee of at least 100 € will be fined if this rule is broken.

Mikäli tilassa on paljon ylimääräistä irtainta, tai se on erityisen huonossa kunnossa, voit ottaa tilanteesta kuvia ja lähettää ne tämän lomakkeen liitteenä tai sähköpostitse osoitteeseen tilat@ayy.fi. Mikäli tila on niin huonossa kunnossa että siitä vaaditaan hyvitystä, on kuvia oltava asian käsittelyä varten. Kirjoita myös tekstikenttään tarkempi selitys mihin hyvityspyyntösi liittyy.


If there are particularly many additional items, or if the space is otherwise in bad shape, you can take photos of the situation and send them using this form or via e-mail to tilat@ayy.fi. If you want compensation because the space is in bad condition, you have to send photos.

If something breaks during your rental or if the place is left in an otherwise bad shape, or if during the rental anything happens that might make the usage of the space worse in the future, please be honest and report it by sending an e-mail to tilat@ayy.fi. Flaws that are reported quickly are also fixed quicker.
