When you arrive, please check that the items on this list are in place. Remember that the person who signed the rental agreement is personally responsible for the equipment of the rental facility and the cleanliness of it. The place has to be at least as clean when people leave as when the rental began. You will be fined if you break or lose any equipment.

If there are particularly many additional items, or if the space is otherwise in bad shape, you can take photos of the situation and send them using this form or via e-mail to tilat@ayy.fi. If you want compensation because the space is in bad condition, you have to send photos.

Jos tilassa menee jotain rikki varauksenne aikana, se jää muuten huonoon kuntoon tai varauksen aikana tapahtuu jotain muuta, joka haittaa tilan käyttöä tulevaisuudessa, olethan rehellinen ja lähetät heti sähköpostia osoitteeseen ayy@ayy.fi. Nopeasti tietoon tulevat viat ovat nopeampia korjata ja näin tilat pysyvät paremmassa kunnossa.

If something breaks during your rental or if the place is left in an otherwise bad shape, or if during the rental anything happens that might make the usage of the space worse in the future, please be honest and report it by sending an e-mail to ayy@ayy.fi. Flaws that are reported quickly are also fixed quicker.
