Call for Proposals

Thank you for your interest in contributing to the 2026 Conference of the Barcelona Declaration on Open Research Information, taking place on 24–25 November 2026 in Berlin, Germany and online.

Please complete the form below to submit your proposal. Submissions are open until 1 September 2026.

Submitting authors will be notified of the decision on acceptance by September 15. General registration for the conference will open on September 24.

Please note:

• Abstracts should be no longer than 300 words.
• Presentations may be delivered in person or online.
• Posters will be displayed both at the conference venue and online.
• Submission of a proposal does not guarantee acceptance. All proposals will be reviewed based on their relevance to the conference themes, quality, and the overall balance of the programme.
