60 Day Notice to Vacate

I understand that I must submit my Notice to Vacate in writing at least 60 days before my Lease Agreement ends. For Month-to-Month Tenancies, as per my Rental Agreement, if I don't provide a full 30-day Notice to Vacate by the end of the month, I will be liable for the following month's rent, and my lease will terminate on the last day of the next month. I acknowledge my legal obligation to adhere to the contract's terms throughout its entirety. Keys must be returned during business hours, 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays. If I don't return the rental keys by the last business day of the month, I realize I'll be responsible for rent for the next month. To receive a Landlord Letter of Good Standing, I must leave the unit in the same condition as it was when I moved in, and any necessary repairs or maintenance must be promptly completed. Schedule an initial walk-through within eight days from this notice date before moving out permanently to prevent future disputes over tenant-related damages. Utilities need to remain active for the lease term, or I will face a reconnect fee. I am aware that any cleaning or repairs needed after I leave will be charged to me and deducted from my security deposit or billed as an insurance claim. Please reach out to the sanitation department in advance for removal of furniture or household items from the property if needed to avoid charges.

Please select a move-out date. Note: Move dates on weekends or holidays are not permitted and must be scheduled with the property manager.
